This week as I was walking across campus, I noticed the sunlight as it filtered through the leaves of a tree. Not only did it cast an amazing shadow across my path (which I would love to use as a gobo), but it also made for a beautiful filter as I looked toward the sky. The white light of the sun came through the leaves and created a greenish aura around the tree to my eye. The rays of sunlight shown through the gaps between leaves. I loved seeing the green against the pure blue sky.
Great image and commentary Elise! The sun looks huge in this picture! It's strength and power are unmistakeable in this photo, and the texture from the tree on the pathway is beautiful! Nice!
